Maggie Grace was born Margaret Grace Denig in September 21 in 1983. Maggie Grace is an American actor best known for her character Shannon Rutherford in ABC TV show Lost. She is part of Gyllenhaal's family and is the elder cousin of Jake Gyllenhaal. Later, she was as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind (both 2002) and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). She also played as well as a singer as Frank (2014), a musician Frank (2014), and the lead role for the lead role in The Kindergarten Teacher, a drama that was released in the year of 2018. In 2021, Gyllenhaal made her writing and directing debut in the psychological thriller The Lost Daughter for which she received an award at the Venice International Film Festival's Best Screenplay Award and was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Adapted Screenplay.
